On-Demand | Drawing Your Shadow: Setting Intentions for Growth Through Shadow Work

The Jungian concept of the shadow can be the key to unlocking a higher level of consciousness and uncovering your blind spots. This class will provide a fun, safe space to look at our shadow selves through the practice of drawing.

Details: This is a go-at-your-own-pace drawing workshop with prompts. The original live class lasted 90 minutes but take as long as you need.

Materials needed: paper and drawing utensil(s), watercolor, paint or collage materials - whatever inspires you!
